I arrived a few minutes after opening. The clerk was helping a passport picture customer but greeted me immediately and told me he would be with me shortly. He let me know where to meet me to ship my package. Very soon he processed my package and I was on my way to work. The package arrived today. Before Christmas morning! Great service! I always use Fed Ex because I find this kind of service at every location I use. Even when I was in Illinois.

I mailed two envelopes, one to zip code 91913 and the other to 91915, which are very close to each other. I wanted them both insured for $500. When I got my receipt, the one to 91915. ( tracking number 788206942150) cost 20.45 and the receipt indicated a declared value of 500 and signature required. The one to 91913 (tracking number 788207083633) cost 13.95 and indicated a declared value of 0 with no signature required. I pointed this out to the agent and suggested that he may not have added the insurance for the second envelop. He told me that the second one has a declared value of 500, but it just doesn’t show it on the receipt. I told him that it does not make sense because the two residences are close together and the cost should be similar. He told me that he entered it in the computer correctly, that it just doesn’t show up on the receipt correctly. This does not make any sense to me and I am concerned that my second package is not insured. Can something be done about this?
